Has the MPPSC 13 percent hold result come out

The MPPSC 13 percent hold result has not been cancelled. As of 3 October 2026 it is a wait. Appointments moved on 87 percent of posts. On the other 13 percent, separate provisional lists of OBC and unreserved candidates were made, so appointments could follow a verdict. A name on the hold list is not an appointment letter. OBC means Other Backward Classes.

If the roll number shows hold on the portal, do not treat it as a letter. The status will change when an order comes.

The hold is tied to the 2022 circular

In 2019 Madhya Pradesh raised the OBC quota from 14 to 27. The case went to court. The General Administration Department circular is reported as 29 September 2022. That is where 87:13 came from. Appointments moving on 87, the extra quota on hold at 13. That date is in the fact-check. So the line that every MPPSC result has been on hold for eight years is wrong. This formula was not running before the circular.

4.87 lakh is a claim about held recruitment over eight years. It was not in the reports of Rahul Gandhi’s letter of 22 September 2026. The letter talks of a wait since 2022 and a 13 percent hold. That is a demand. Not an order. Vishwas Sarang’s reply of 24 September is a news report, not a notice releasing the result.

Data poster on the MPPSC hold result. Not cancelled.
Circular of 29 September 2022. 4.87 lakh is an eight-year claim.

Has the result come

A provisional list is one part of a result. Not the final letter. The 13 percent list is on hold. These reports do not say the name was cut. The fact-check line is that the High Court looked at the 87:13 arrangement in January 2025. On 19 February 2026 the Supreme Court sent the case back to the High Court. On 6 August 2026 Dainik Bhaskar wrote that the verdict was reserved. Reserved means the order is not printed. Do not write a win or a loss.

51 percent is an affidavit, not a census. A column being added will not open this hold. The Khunti dharna and Chalo Delhi on 1 November are column programmes. The MPPSC portal will not change from them.

What to check on the portal

Open the roll number of that exam. If the status is hold, the letter has not come. The 87 list and the 13 list can be on one page. Read the two statuses apart. A letter on the 87 does not mean the 13 has opened. Download the PDF. If the PDF says 14, that recruitment is running at 14. If it says 27, that recruitment’s line is 27. If it only says OBC, with no percent, do not treat 27 as in force.

Treat a counselling date as real only when the department writes it. If a group says the result has come, open the portal. If the portal says hold, the result has not become a letter. A link asking for money can be a fraud.

A simple example

There are 100 posts. Appointments are moving on 87. 13 are on hold. Your roll is on the 13 provisional list. The name is there, the letter is not. The department will give the letter when an order comes. If the order has not come, a WhatsApp copy is not a letter. Do not look for your roll number inside 4.87 lakh. The roll number is on the recruitment list.

Pages in the same line: the 87:13 formula, is 27 in force, Rahul Gandhi’s letter and the appointment letter.

The numbers here are the numbers in the reports. 13 and 87. Circular of 29 September 2022. Letter of 22 September 2026. Reply of 24 September. Remand on 19 February 2026. Reserved on 6 August 2026. 4.87 lakh is a claim. No letter count.

Keep the notice PDF and the provisional list in one file. If an order comes, show both together. The creamy layer at 8 lakh is not the cutoff of this result. The non-creamy-layer certificate comes from the state. The Centre’s 27 and the state’s 27 are not one rule. Check the list for whether the name is on the state list. The verdict is reserved, so do not share a win poster.

Keep the office counter slip too. The slip should have the exam name and the year. If the year is missing, the slip can belong to another recruitment. A march in yellow scarves does not open this portal. A group admin’s message is not an MPPSC notice. Check the portal, not the forward.

The gap between a list and a letter

A provisional list means the name is entered. Not a joining. Medical, document verification and the department order can still be pending. Treat it as a letter only when all three are done. A photo of one does not stand in for the whole process. If news says the hold is lifted, the portal status should change. If the status has not changed, the news is not a letter.

Do not match an old result to the new notice. Open the portal of the exam your roll number belongs to. The 2019 figure of 27 does not paste itself on every old exam. The EWS 10 is not OBC. Do not add the three percents into a new quota. A Kunbi certificate is a Maharashtra paper. The Bengal window is separate. The MPPSC hold list will not open from them.

The counter slip should have the year. If the year is missing, the slip can belong to another recruitment. If a group quotes a rate for a seat, do not send money. This page does not sell a ticket. Keep the order PDF. If the order is not printed, do not write a win.

Advice:

The plain point is this. The MPPSC 13 percent hold result is not cancelled. The letter has not come either. 87 is moving, 13 is on hold. A name on the provisional list is not a letter. The circular is of 29 September 2022, not a full eight-year hold. 4.87 lakh is a claim. Match the roll number on your portal. If the portal says hold, do not treat it as a letter. Do not send money. Change the line when the order is printed.
