Information we collect

What you send us: The site has no user accounts, logins or contact forms. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, your message and any files you attach.
Technical information collected automatically: When you open a page, your browser automatically sends some details, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you viewed, the page you came from and the time. This is recorded in our hosting server logs and by the services listed below (Google and Jetpack).
Files in our free tools: Most of our online tools (photo, PDF, audio and video tools) are built to process your file inside your own browser. Files you select in these tools are not saved on our server.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses:

Language cookie (pll_language): remembers whether you chose Hindi or English (Polylang plugin, about 1 year).
Advertising cookies: from Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager (details below).
Analytics cookies: from Google Analytics (such as _ga), to understand how many people visit and which pages are read.
Browser storage: a list of tools you used recently is kept only in your browser’s local storage so you can reopen them quickly. It is not sent to our server.

You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, some features (such as remembering your language) may not work properly.

Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager ads

The site is supported by advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense (including Auto ads) and, on some pages such as the download page, through Google Ad Manager.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Consent for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Google Analytics

Jetpack Stats

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to see how the site performs in Google Search. It gives us only aggregate data (such as clicks and search terms) and does not place cookies in your browser.

Other third-party services

Google Fonts: the site font is loaded from Google’s servers, so your IP address reaches Google.
jsDelivr CDN: some tools load open-source code (such as PDF or OCR libraries) from jsDelivr. jsDelivr Privacy Policy
YouTube videos: some articles include embedded YouTube videos. When you view them, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies.
Social media and WhatsApp Channel: the site only links to our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest and WhatsApp Channel pages. Once you click, that website’s own policy applies.
Hosting and cache: the site runs on Hostinger servers and uses LiteSpeed Cache so pages load faster. The server keeps standard logs for security and troubleshooting. Hostinger Privacy Policy

Push notifications

Vista Hub does not currently send browser push notifications. If this feature is added in future, your browser will ask for your permission first and this page will be updated.

Comments

There is currently no public comment form on the site. If comments are enabled in future, the name, email and IP address submitted with a comment will be stored to prevent spam; email addresses will not be shown publicly. You can always send suggestions or corrections by email.

To run the site and keep it fast and secure.
To reply to your emails and correct mistakes in articles.
To understand which articles and tools are useful.
To show ads, which pay for running the site.
Where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services listed above, or with a government authority when there is a valid legal order.

How long information is kept

Emails: for as long as needed to reply and keep a record. If you ask, we will delete your email unless the law requires us to keep it.
Server logs: for a limited time, as per the hosting provider’s rules.
Analytics and advertising data: as per the policies and settings of Google and Automattic.

Security

The site uses HTTPS (a secure connection) and we take reasonable care to protect information. Still, no method on the Internet is 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

Vista Hub is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Readers under 18 should use the site under the guidance of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance. Email v.hardaha89@gmail.com and we will try to reply as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided by law.

You can also change ad and cookie choices yourself through Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info and your browser settings, as described above.

Indian law

This policy is written with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in mind.

Our articles may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not control them.

We may update this policy when needed. Changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date above will change.
