The PM Kisan OTP is not coming. The Ladli Behna status is not opening on the phone. They are not one portal. When the instalment will come is not written on this page. Where to read the status is.
Check from home before the Monday trip to a CSC. An agent’s form and the government portal are separate. Do not send money ahead.
OTP on PM Kisan
The portal is pmkisan.gov.in. eKYC sits in the Farmers Corner. Enter the Aadhaar number, and the OTP comes to the registered mobile. If the number is the Aadhaar one and the SIM is in another phone, the OTP will not come. Put the SIM in that phone. Turn the network off and on. Do not tap again and again in one hour.
If the OTP still does not come, there is another door. Face auth is written in the PM KISAN app. The third door is a fingerprint at a CSC. A 4 October 2026 Belagavi report said an unfinished eKYC can hold the next instalment. The year is 6,000 rupees, 2,000 every four months. The portal will say the date, not a group. The helplines in use are 155261 and 1800-115-526.
FTO pending
People search FTO pending on PFMS. This page does not invent a meaning. If a fund transfer order looks stuck, read the portal status. The bank account and Aadhaar should share a name. If the name is cut, ask at the CSC. A WhatsApp meaning is not a notice.
Ladli Behna
The Madhya Pradesh portal is cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in. The application and payment status page asks for an application number or a Samagra member ID. After the captcha, the OTP comes to the registered mobile. The main status page does not open on a mobile number alone. If the number is forgotten, pull it from the Samagra ID.
September 2026 reports wrote the 40th instalment on 13 September, 1,500 rupees. The October instalment is not fixed on this page. Trust the status on the screen. A DBT can take a day or two.
Aadhaar biometric unlock
If the fingerprint is locked, the CSC machine will not read it. Unlock sits on uidai.gov.in, under My Aadhaar, Lock/Unlock Biometrics. Aadhaar number, captcha, then OTP. Two kinds are written. A short temporary unlock, and turning the lock off. The official app is taken from pehchaan.uidai.gov.in. Do not open a lock from a fake Aadhaar app.
A biometric lock does not change a scheme status. It only lets the finger work on the machine. The instalment still reads the portal.

If the PM Kisan OTP does not come, match the SIM to the Aadhaar number. Then face auth or a CSC. Ladli Behna opens on cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in with a Samagra ID. A biometric lock opens at UIDAI. Do not take an instalment date from a group. Do not send money ahead.
