Set a personal goal, check in once a day and keep a record without turning it into a test of your worth. Use the dated November 2026 calendar or start a custom 30-day plan. A missed day does not erase the days you completed.

How to use this tracker
- Choose November 2026 or a custom start date. The custom plan covers 30 calendar days, including its first day.
- Choose the goal that describes your own commitment. Goals have separate records, so changing a selection does not overwrite another goal.
- Select an available day and choose Done, Missed or Skip. Clear day removes an accidental entry. Future dates are unavailable.
- Download your progress, a blank dated calendar or an undated 30-day sheet. Print uses the plan currently shown.
How progress and streaks work
Completion is Done days divided by 30. Missed, Skip and unrecorded days do not add to completion. The current streak counts consecutive Done days ending today, or yesterday if today is still unrecorded. Missed, Skip and an earlier gap break the streak. Outside the plan dates, the current streak is zero. Nothing is a medical score.
Privacy and local storage
The tracker uses localStorage on this site and browser profile. The four language versions share records on the same origin. It does not sync across devices or browsers. We cannot restore a cleared record. This describes tracker check-ins only; the website may separately load its normal analytics, advertising and hosting services.
Advice: use a goal that supports your life
NNN is an optional internet challenge, not a treatment. Use a tracker as a simple reminder. If counting days causes anxiety, guilt or relationship conflict, take a break. Persistent pain, sexual symptoms or loss of control affecting daily life deserves qualified support.
