सही source से reference शुरू करें
Reference तभी काम का है जब वह किसी असली पुस्तक, लेख या दूसरे source तक ले जाए। इस helper में दो तरीके हैं: आपके पास मौजूद जानकारी से citation template बनाना और supported BibTeX entries साफ करना। यह किसी database में source नहीं खोजता और missing author या publication details अपनी ओर से नहीं जोड़ता। पहले publisher page, journal record या पुस्तक का title page देखें। उसके बाद fields भरें। Result को final academic approval न मानें; यह ऐसा draft है जिसे आप अपने college, journal या university की style guide से मिलाकर सुधार सकते हैं।
Citation template कैसे बनाएँ
Citation template चुनें और APA, MLA या Harvard style select करें। Author field में नाम उसी क्रम और रूप में लिखें जैसा output में चाहिए। चार अंकों वाला publication year और work title जरूरी हैं। Journal, book या publisher का नाम और DOI वैकल्पिक हैं। Tool surname, corporate author या कई authors के initials का अनुमान नहीं लगाता। इसलिए लेखक का सही रूप पहले खुद तय करें। बनाएँ दबाने के बाद output ध्यान से पढ़ें और Text डाउनलोड से file लें। Source के हिसाब से volume, issue, page range, editor, edition और access date जैसी बाकी जानकारी खुद जोड़ें।
BibTeX साफ करने का तरीका
BibTeX साफ करें mode में @article{key, field={value}} जैसे supported records paste करें। Braces वाले values, quotes वाले values और numeric values स्वीकार हैं। Cleaner entry type और field names को lowercase करता है, fields alphabetical order में रखता है और repeated whitespace सामान्य करता है। Citation key और balanced nested braces बचाए जाते हैं। Missing closing braces, duplicate keys और duplicate fields होने पर error आता है। इसे जानबूझकर automatic repair नहीं दिया गया है, क्योंकि गलत repair आपके source का अर्थ बदल सकता है। सही output .bib file में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और अपनी bibliography workflow में review करके जोड़ सकते हैं।
कौन सा input supported है
अधिकतम 100 KB और 200 BibTeX entries रखें। @string macros, @preamble और @comment इस छोटे cleaner के scope में नहीं हैं। Symbolic macro values और concatenation को पहले expand करना होगा। Parentheses वाले entry delimiters भी supported नहीं हैं; brace-delimited records इस्तेमाल करें। Error आए तो संबंधित record की opening, closing और comma जाँचें। Capitalization बचाने वाले nested braces जरूरी हो सकते हैं, इसलिए उन्हें बिना समझे न हटाएँ। Whitespace normalization के बाद special title, गणित वाले text और unusual author names फिर से देखें। Original bibliography अपने पास रखें ताकि output को उससे compare कर सकें।
उदाहरण और final review
पहले दिया गया sample चलाएँ। Sharma, R., वर्ष 2024 और sample title सिर्फ field order समझाने के लिए काल्पनिक जानकारी हैं। इन्हें अपने assignment का वास्तविक reference बनाकर इस्तेमाल न करें। BibTeX sample में field order बदलकर देखें और citation key, year, protected capitals तथा accents को compare करें। DOI का format सही होना यह साबित नहीं करता कि DOI मौजूद है या उसी paper का है। उसे publisher record से मिलाना जरूरी है। College ने APA या MLA की खास edition बताई है तो उसी edition के official examples से punctuation और missing fields पूरा करें।
Privacy और सीमाएँ समझें
Citation और BibTeX input browser में process होता है। Tool DOI lookup नहीं करता और bibliography upload नहीं करता; website के सामान्य assets फिर भी load हो सकते हैं। Private research notes या unpublished personal information reference fields में तभी डालें जब वह output का जरूरी हिस्सा हो। परिणाम साफ करें से generated text और download link हटते हैं, form अगली कोशिश के लिए रहता है। Books, chapters, websites और articles के reference rules अलग होते हैं। यह full reference manager नहीं है। Literature Review Matrix में sources व्यवस्थित करें और Text Compare से पुराने तथा नए text का अंतर देखें।
FAQ
क्या DOI से reference खोजेगा?
नहीं। आपके दिए DOI की basic syntax जाँची जाती है। Database lookup या DOI की वास्तविकता verify नहीं होती।
क्या APA reference बिल्कुल final है?
यह basic editable template है। Required edition, source type, author format और बाकी fields खुद मिलाएँ।
कितना BibTeX paste कर सकते हैं?
अधिकतम 100 KB और 200 supported entries। Unsupported macros या concatenation होने पर साफ error मिलेगा।
क्या duplicate references हटेंगे?
Duplicate citation keys पर error मिलता है। अलग keys वाले समान sources को आपको खुद review करना है।
क्या capitalization के braces बचेंगे?
Balanced nested braces values के अंदर बचते हैं। फिर भी special title और whitespace का output review करें।
क्या external API चाहिए?
नहीं। Citation templates और BibTeX cleaning आपके browser में local चलती है।

Result जमा करने या share करने से पहले original input और अपने project की जरूरत से मिलाएँ। Source text या assumptions बचाकर रखें ताकि दूसरा व्यक्ति output review कर सके। Generated file तभी उपयोगी है जब उसका content और format आपके काम की जरूरत पूरी करते हों।
