Practical example

For a 300 × 300 photo under 50KB, set width 300, height 300 and maximum 50KB. Padding preserves the whole photo; centre crop fills the square and cuts edges.

Privacy and file limits

The tool does not upload your files. Processing happens in this browser. Choose one JPG, PNG or WebP photo at a time: maximum 25 MB and 24 megapixels. Keep the original and review every output.

Troubleshooting

This photo tool does not accept PDFs. Check the form’s actual format, pixel dimensions and minimum/maximum file size before processing. Maximum KB is an upper limit, not a promise to make every file exactly that size; a smaller output can fail a portal’s minimum-size rule. PNG may exceed a small target; use JPG/WebP only if your form accepts it. Renaming a file does not convert its format. After changing settings, process the photo again and select the new download from Files/Downloads.
