Prepare a Hindi or English request for bank restriction details, an inaccurate credit-report entry, a subscription refund or RTO sale intimation. Enter accurate facts, review and edit the draft, then copy it, download TXT or use Print/Save PDF.
How to use the Legal & Cyber Emergency Draft Generator
Choose your problem before entering case-specific details. The relevant fields will appear, and changing the problem clears those fields rather than carrying bank details into a subscription letter. Select Hindi or English for the draft independently of the page language. Supply your name and the actual recipient or organisation.
Enter the event date, available reference and factual account. State when a detail is unknown instead of guessing it. Bank and loan fields accept only the last four account digits. Enter rupee amounts where applicable; invalid inputs and future dates prevent generation. The tool does not search for the correct recipient or verify an official contact.
Describe events in date order and list only supporting documents you are actually providing. Confirm that you will supply accurate facts and review the output, then generate the draft. You can edit the resulting text directly. Generating again after form changes replaces earlier manual edits, so keep a copy when those edits matter.
What each of the four templates does
- Cyber lien/bank freeze: requests the restriction amount and date, available order reference and official police-unit contact.
- Incorrect credit-report entry: asks the reporting lender/bureau to investigate evidence and arrange necessary correction.
- Subscription/AutoPay: requests charge review, confirmation of renewal cancellation and policy-based refund consideration.
- RTO vehicle sale: provides sale intimation and follows up on an ownership-transfer application.
For example, if a subscription debit was ₹699, enter the actual service, charge date and order reference. Include a cancellation date only if you requested cancellation. Otherwise leave that field empty and explain the events. Never state that an action happened simply because it would make the request sound stronger.
Copy, TXT and browser PDF output
Copy places the current draft on your clipboard. If browser permission is unavailable, select the text and use the browser’s Copy command. TXT contains your edited output. Print opens a separate letter window; choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog when supported. This tool does not create a separate DOCX download.
Print controls vary across mobile devices and browsers. If a popup is blocked, allow the tool’s print action and try again. Inspect the preview for names, line breaks and the attachment list. Do not remove essential facts merely to force a one-page result; a clear two-page request is preferable to incomplete information.
Understand the legal and procedural limits
A bank details request does not overturn a valid instruction. Investigation disclosures may be restricted. Read CIBIL’s compensation information before requesting credit-information compensation: ₹100 per day does not apply to every score complaint. A qualifying correction delay, initial complaint, applicable framework and exclusions must be considered; this tool does not decide entitlement.
Subscription cancellation and a refund are separate requests. Check the billing provider’s policy, and do not treat loan/EMI or insurance mandates like ordinary entertainment plans. The RTO covering letter does not replace Form 29/30, other required records or completed RC transfer. Check official Parivahan forms and the registering authority’s process.
Privacy and safe handling of your output
The tool processes its form and draft within your browser. It does not upload the entries, send an email or save them in local storage. Reloading the page or using Clear all removes the entries. Downloaded TXT or PDF files remain on your device; handle them carefully on a shared computer or phone.
The website’s ordinary hosting, analytics and advertising requests are separate from this form processing. This privacy statement covers the tool’s input and output, not every network request made by the page. Browser extensions and shared clipboards are outside our control. Do not enter OTPs, PINs, passwords, full account/card numbers or identity-document photographs.
