अपने course का सही rule चुनें
हर university, program और admission batch के लिए एक जैसा CGPA conversion नहीं होता। दस अंक वाली grade scale का percentage भी regulation बदलने पर अलग हो सकता है। इस converter में दो सीमित university presets और अपनी institution का linear rule डालने का विकल्प है। Answer के साथ इस्तेमाल हुआ formula दिखता है, ताकि calculation review हो सके। सबसे पहले consolidated marksheet या official academic regulation देखें। Document में percentage पहले से दिया हो तो official form में वही institutional figure इस्तेमाल करें। Tool selected rule के अनुसार हिसाब करता है; university conversion certificate जारी नहीं करता।
Preset का पूरा नाम पढ़ें
Anna preset खास तौर पर University Departments B.E./B.Tech Academic Regulations 2023, Revision 1, 2024 की clause 21.10 के लिए है। इसमें CGPA को दस से multiply किया जाता है। VTU preset published standard formula के अनुसार केवल 2015, 2017 और 2018 schemes के लिए है: CGPA से 0.75 घटाकर दस से multiply करें। ये scope labels calculation का जरूरी हिस्सा हैं। केवल college का नाम मिलता है या affiliation है, इसलिए preset न चुनें। दूसरे degrees, autonomous colleges और नए regulations के नियम अलग हो सकते हैं। अपना exact program और लागू scheme मिलाने के बाद ही calculation करें।
Custom formula कैसे भरें
Custom mode में Percentage = (CGPA − b) × a चलता है। CGPA scale का maximum, multiplier a और multiply करने से पहले घटने वाला offset b भरें। Default values केवल दस-अंक वाली linear calculation का उदाहरण हैं; किसी अनजान university की official recommendation नहीं। Document में CGPA × 9.5 लिखा हो तो a = 9.5 और b = 0 रखें। Formula में offset हो तो उसे सही जगह लिखें। University conversion table, bands या nonlinear expression देती हो तो यह mode उसका सही replacement नहीं है। सुविधाजनक answer पाने के लिए official table को अनुमानित multiplier में न बदलें।
Examples और input limits देखें
CGPA 8.2 पर scoped Anna rule में 82% और scoped VTU rule में 74.5% मिलता है। एक hypothetical चार-अंक scale में factor 25 और offset zero रखें तो CGPA 3 का result 75% होगा। यह custom formula का उदाहरण है, सभी चार-अंक systems का universal rule नहीं। CGPA zero से selected maximum के बीच होना चाहिए। Scale और multiplier positive रहें तथा सभी numeric fields finite हों। Formula zero से नीचे या 100 से ऊपर percentage दे तो tool answer को चुपचाप काटने के बजाय error देता है। ऐसे में rule और inputs दोबारा जाँचें।
Report में क्या मिलता है
बनाएँ दबाने पर percentage दो decimal places में, साथ में CGPA, scale, regulation label और formula दिखता है। JSON report percentage को अधिकतम छह decimal places तक रखती है, ताकि display rounding के पीछे मूल result समझ सकें। College office से calculation discuss करनी हो या बाद में review करना हो तो report डाउनलोड करें। यह signed या certified report नहीं है। इससे job, admission या scholarship eligibility तय नहीं होती। Form किसी खास rounding convention की माँग करे तो institution का निर्देश मानें। Display में दो decimals दिखना हर official form के लिए वही rounding rule लागू होने का प्रमाण नहीं है।
CGPA, SGPA और aggregate अलग रखें
CGPA cumulative performance और SGPA semester performance को बताते हैं। यह tool semesters जोड़कर credits calculate नहीं करता तथा individual marks से aggregate नहीं बनाता। Regulation में माँगी गई cumulative value डालें। Semester percentages का साधारण average, credit-weighted cumulative grade से अलग हो सकता है। Explicit rule न हो तो दोनों methods मिलाकर result न निकालें। Inputs browser में process होते हैं और transcript upload जरूरी नहीं। Original academic documents अपने पास रखें। Formula समझ न आए तो registrar या examination office से confirm करें। Final Exam Minimum Score tool एक अलग सवाल, यानी बचे exam में जरूरी marks, के लिए है।
FAQ
क्या हर university में CGPA × 10 चलता है?
नहीं। केवल लागू preset चुनें या institution का दिया linear formula भरें। नाम देखकर formula मान लेना गलत हो सकता है।
क्या सभी Anna students यह preset लें?
Preset केवल University Departments B.E./B.Tech R2023 Revision 1, 2024 के label के साथ है। दूसरे programs और regulations का rule अलग जाँचें।
क्या नए VTU schemes इसमें हैं?
नहीं। Preset published 2015, 2017 और 2018 schemes के लिए labelled है। इसे दूसरे scheme पर लागू न मानें।
University table देती है तो क्या करें?
Table या nonlinear rule इस custom linear converter में पूरा नहीं होता। Official table या conversion statement का उपयोग करें।
क्या marksheet upload होगी?
Upload की जरूरत नहीं। CGPA और formula parameters भरें। अपनी personal academic file private रखें।
क्या JSON report official certificate है?
नहीं। यह calculation और selected assumptions का record है। Formal certificate संबंधित institution से मिलेगा।
